HOW DO I GET MORE INFORMATION REGARDING UNIT AVAILABILITY AND PRICING?

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY RENT?
Residents are responsible for water and hydro which are separately metered to ensure they only pay for their own usage. Heat and AC are included in the monthly rental rates. Your suite comes fully-equipped for high-speed internet provided by Rogers but is subject to an additional fee.
WHAT AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE AT THE RECITAL?
The Recital is a collection of four distinct buildings, with 36 Robinson being the flagship and home to a variety of premium amenities. The three boutique buildings offer their own unique charm, each with Social Lounge area. At 36 Robinson, amenities include exclusive spaces such as the Rooftop Terrace with outdoor seating and a BBQ, a Social Lounge, a fitness centre, and a best-in-class fob and facial recognition system for security and access control. Gym access at 36 Robinson is available to residents of the three boutique buildings through a paid membership.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO RESERVE A UNIT?
You will need to provide a completed application which includes personal and financial references, proof of income, photo ID, and the last month's rent deposit. A list of instructions and requirements will be provided upon booking an appointment.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, the Recital community has ample parking available for residents! Residents have indoor and outdoor parking options, including EV parking, in the heated, underground garage. Visitor parking is available for tenants of 36 Robinson and must be booked by emailing recital@colonnadebridgeport.ca.
IS THE UNIT PET-FRIENDLY?
Absolutely! At Recital, furry friends are cherished members of the family. All rental suites welcome pets, ensuring they feel right at home alongside their human companions. Please see the Leasing Team as some restrictions apply.
WHAT APPLIANCES ARE INCLUDED?
Each unit includes a refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, over-the-range micro/hoodfan combo and stacked washer and dryer.
IS THE BUILDING SMOKE-FREE?
Yes, the building is smoke free.
CAN I PERSONALIZE MY UNIT WITH PAINT AND HANGING ARTWORK?
Of course! You're welcome to make changes to your unit, like painting or hanging art. If you decide to paint, just make sure to apply two coats of primer on any altered surfaces before you move out. Also, if you've hung pictures or shelves and there are any holes or damage, please patch them up and repaint before your leave. Please contact the Property Management Team prior to making any changes.
ARE BBQS ALLOWED ON THE BALCONIES? WILL THERE BE COMMON AREA BBQS?
While BBQs are not allowed on balconies, residents at 36 Robinson (Act 1V) will have access to the shared terrace equipped with a gas BBQ.
IF I HAVE A MAINTENANCE PROBLEM WITH MY UNIT, WHO DO I NEED TO CONTACT?
For all maintenance requests, please submit a maintenance request through our Resident Portal. Alternatively, you can contact your Resident Services by emailing recital@colonnadebridgeport.ca.
ARE THERE GROCERY STORES OR AMENITIES CLOSE BY?
Yes! We are just steps from downtown Ottawa and the University of Ottawa, offering convenience for commuters and students. Downtown Ottawa is where you'll find a diverse selection of restaurants, unique local gems from coffee shops to convenience stores, and the Rideau Centre—one of the city's most popular shopping destinations.
